We accept the following plans: AETNA, UNITED HEALTHCARE, UMR, BCBS, EMPIRE NYS-UHC, VA Health Plans (VA Community Care / Tricare)...and other In and Out of Network Plans.

Certain conditions may not be covered by some insurance policies for acupuncture treatment. If your insurance plan falls into this category, rest assured, we can assist you by providing a receipt with the appropriate billing codes. This receipt will enable you to seek reimbursement for your treatment. Additionally, you have the option to use an HSA or FSA card to cover the costs of your acupuncture sessions.

Payment: We want to make the appointment booking process as smooth as possible for everyone, so we kindly ask all our patients to provide a valid credit card to secure their appointment. Please understand that we do require the full appointment fee to be charged in advance before your scheduled visit. This helps us keep our schedule well-organized and ensures we have enough time and resources ready for your session. Your cooperation and understanding in this matter are truly appreciated. Cancellation Policy: We understand that life can be unpredictable, and unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring adjustments to your appointment. Our primary objective is to accommodate our patients' needs to the best of our abilities. If you find it necessary to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us to offer the vacant slot to another patient in need of our services. Please note that a cancellation fee may be applicable if a cancellation or rescheduling request is received within 24 hours.
