Understanding the Modern Menopause Challenge Amidst Civilization's Impact on Women's Health.

In bygone eras, menopause didn't carry the weight it does today, even in my mother's generation. However, with the evolution of civilization, we've witnessed a surge in menopausal symptoms among women.

Notably, there's a concerning increase in young women resorting to surgery for various uterine conditions. Experts attribute the heightened prevalence of menopausal symptoms in modern times, particularly in developing countries, to what they term "civilization pollution" – a focus on the nutritional impact of environmental female hormones.

Furthermore, our lives are immersed in pesticides and herbicides, affecting agricultural and livestock products, as well as everyday items such as plastic goods, kitchen and laundry detergents, soaps, shampoos, cosmetics, canned foods, and processed foods.

The impact of these environmental factors on women's health is a pressing concern in our contemporary world.
