Unveiling Adrenal Fatigue: Self-Diagnosis and Insights 🌟
Adrenal Fatigue, "Self-Diagnosis and Insights "
The adrenal glands play a crucial role in combating stress and producing essential hormones for vitality and sexuality. While the most accurate diagnosis of adrenal fatigue would involve assessing cortisol levels at a medical facility, this process can be both expensive and inconvenient. It's a real challenge.
Discover a way to self-diagnose adrenal fatigue from the comfort of your home. While the results of self-diagnosis may not be perfectly precise, they tend to be relatively accurate. In my experience, the autonomic nervous system test and blood test results correlated with the findings from the pupillary test, which I'm about to share.
In individuals with healthy adrenal function, pupils noticeably constrict in response to light and remain that way. Conversely, those with compromised adrenal function might witness pupils constrict upon light exposure, only to expand again or fail to remain constricted. Repeated exposure to light might even lead to visible trembling.
When considering my daughters, their adrenal glands are functioning optimally, as their pupils consistently react. However, in my case, my pupils fluctuate between expansion and contraction, causing noticeable quivering.
Functional medicine employs supplements like licorice, ginseng, red ginseng, DHEA and bellflower to support adrenal health. If you're experiencing symptoms, it's essential to courageously consider taking a much-needed break.
Self-Diagnosis of Adrenal Function:
- Step into a dimly lit room and stand before a mirror.
- Prepare to activate your cell phone while turning off the room lights.
- Observe your pupils as they naturally dilate in the low light.
- Gently shine your cell phone's light close to your eyes.
