What are your hours of operation?

We are open Monday through Saturday, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Our office is closed on Sundays. Please note that all appointments should be arranged in advance; walk-ins are not accepted.

Your initial functional medicine consultation is a comprehensive 60-minute visit focused on understanding you as a whole person.

This visit is primarily dedicated to:

  • Discussing lifestyle, stress, sleep, diet, and prior treatments
  • Reviewing any existing lab work (if available)
  • Determining whether functional labs may be appropriate

This visit is not typically an immediate problem-solving or treatment-implementation session. The primary goal is to listen carefully, gather detailed information, and build a complete clinical picture.

What happens after the initial visit?

After the initial consultation, patients typically schedule a comprehensive 60-minute follow-up visit.

During this follow-up:

  • Any ordered lab results are reviewed in detail
  • Findings are explained in a clear, understandable way
  • A personalized treatment plan is outlined, which may include nutrition, lifestyle strategies, supplements, acupuncture, and other modalities
  • The anticipated duration and structure of care is discussed.
